We requires you to understand these conditions before you hire a Personal SCENAR Device.

• Credit Card details must be provided when hiring equipment 
• All hired equipment must be returned in its original or better condition ( fees and cost of repair or replacement may apply )
• All hired equipment must be returned on or before the return date inside office hours (fees may apply if returned late)
• Postage fee of $15.00 applies on all hired equipment  
• If any items are lost, damaged or not returned you may be held liable to replace the product 
• Minimum period of hire is 2 weeks for a Personal Scenar Device
